Executive Chef / Restaurateur Ingrid Croce has been a maverick in San Diego’s dining scene for over twenty years. As owner of the esteemed Croce’s Restaurant & Jazz Bar in the historic Gaslamp District, Croce is credited with helping to bring about San Diego’s dining revolution. Named by The San Diego Business Journal as one of the top ten businesswomen in the city, Croce has also been honored by the California Restaurant Association as Restaurateur of the Year. Croce’s Restaurants & Bars have received the Highest Service and Hospitality awards from the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau since 1985.

Ingrid is author of Thyme In A Bottle, an autobiographical cookbook, and Time In A Bottle—A Photographic Memoir of Jim Croce. She continues, with her son A.J. Croce, to release CDs and DVDs of her late husband’s music and performance.Happily married to business partner Jimmy Rock, Croce is publisher of Croce Music and Avalanche Records and Books.
